DISCLAIMER & RULES

• MOBILES must be on silent or vibrate mode at all times in the classroom, library or computerroom. Staff has the discretion to ask you to leave if you do not comply.
• NO SMOKING is allowed in the premises.
• EATING OR DRINKING is not allowed inside the classroom/ Library/ Computer Labs.
• Students may request to repeat ongoing batches within his / her course validity.
• For students enrolled in private classes: your course remains valid for an additional 2 months after the original schedule. This means you should complete all your mocks, reviews, and any make-up classes within that 2-month period.
• Students may re-enroll for the course by paying 50% of the course fee after completion of course validity.
• Office timings are currently 10am to 6pm and are subject to change to meet class schedules. Our offices will remain closed on public holidays.
• FEES ONCE PAID ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
• All batchdates, timings, faculties and fees are subject to change.
• All Right of Admission are reserved by Management.
• We reserve the right to advertise your scores on our websites and social media sites.
• NO partial payment of fees is allowed.
• 1 Photograph is required for enrollment.

COMPUTER ROOM / LIBRARY RULES

• Computer Lab is available for a single slot per day student with in validity period.
• CLASSROOM / COMPUTER ROOMS cannot be used as libraries.
• COMPUTER and library facilities require prior reservations and will be allocated for a maximum of 4 hours slot per day.
• Library books cannot be taken out of the premises or photocopied.
• We are not responsible for network disruptions.
• Computer Lab may be restricted occasionally for maintenance purpose.

FACULTY

• Since all faculty members rotate between the centers, please do check whether the concerned faculty will be available on that day and confirm with the center staff on the day coming on-site.
• Doubt clearing with faculty will be only against appointments. Please make sure you book your slot. Each slot is for 60min. more than one slot a week will not be booked.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances the faculty may not be available despite bookings.
• The batch duration is as committed at the time of enrollment. However if we cancel any class it will be compensated with a class at a time mutually convenient to the students and faculty.
• All content of study material provided to you is not covered in class. Part of it is meant for extra practice on your own.
